1、加強(qiáng)對(duì)防雷工作的組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，落實(shí)防雷責(zé)任。項(xiàng)目部層層落實(shí)防雷責(zé)任，明確責(zé)任人員。并根據(jù)工作性質(zhì)確定防雷側(cè)重點(diǎn)，針對(duì)穩(wěn)定土拌合站的電腦工作平臺(tái)、水泥罐、機(jī)械設(shè)備等防雷對(duì)象差異制定不同防范措施，確保防雷工作不出現(xiàn)漏洞和死角。
1. Strengthen the organization and leadership of lightning protection work, and implement lightning protection responsibilities. The project department implements lightning protection responsibilities layer by layer and clarifies the responsible personnel. 3、堅(jiān)持以人為本理念，加強(qiáng)防雷宣傳教育。項(xiàng)目部將搜集和編制“防雷常識(shí)”，側(cè)重建筑防雷、設(shè)備防雷等實(shí)用知識(shí)，分發(fā)給職工和施工隊(duì)伍。有效提高了 工程參建人員防雷意識(shí)，增強(qiáng)員工防雷自我保護(hù)能力。
3. Adhere to the people-oriented concept and strengthen lightning protection publicity and education. The project department will collect and compile "lightning protection knowledge", focusing on practical knowledge such as building lightning protection and equipment lightning protection, and distribute it to employees and construction teams. 4、按照科學(xué)防雷要求，積極開(kāi)展防雷檢測(cè)。項(xiàng)目部針對(duì)穩(wěn)定土拌合站空曠地帶的特點(diǎn)，主動(dòng)聯(lián)系市氣象局防雷檢測(cè)中心，對(duì)級(jí)配碎石拌合站主樓以及六個(gè)水泥、礦粉用儲(chǔ)料罐的避雷設(shè)施進(jìn)行檢測(cè)，并對(duì)其中一處接地電阻較大的避雷針進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)，使全部防雷設(shè)施檢測(cè)合格，確保了高大設(shè)備防雷。
4. Actively carry out lightning protection testing in accordance with scientific lightning protection requirements. The project department took the initiative to contact the Lightning Protection Testing Center of the Municipal Meteorological Bureau to test the lightning protection facilities of the main building of the graded crushed stone mixing station and six storage tanks for cement and mineral powder, in response to the characteristics of the open area of the stable soil mixing station. One of the lightning rods with high grounding resistance was improved to ensure that all lightning protection facilities passed the testing and ensure the lightning protection of tall equipment.
