路面養(yǎng)護中,噴射修補坑洞是針對路面凹陷坑洞以及破裂病害采用乳化瀝青進行填充修補的技術(shù)方式。采用壓縮空氣將路面坑洞吹干清凈,在坑洞內(nèi)表面涂乳化瀝青并填充骨料進行充分混合,后在坑洞上面鋪設(shè)干骨料表面封層,完成修補。噴射修補坑洞技術(shù)不需壓實程序,修補后的坑洞防水性能和強度性能較高。

乳化瀝青稀漿罩面的高級形式就是微表處,微表處適用于重要交通公路的預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護,主要由聚合物改性乳化瀝青、礦物填料、100%軋碎石料、水和必要的添加劑組成,使用施工設(shè)備邊拌和邊攤鋪。在路面養(yǎng)護中,微表處用于填補已經(jīng)穩(wěn)定的車轍病害應(yīng)用較多。微表處混合料攤鋪后,可在短時間內(nèi)開放交通。微表處對集料組成要求非常高,石料必須耐磨、堅固、清潔。微表處所用的乳化瀝青是經(jīng)聚合物改性的,通常是采用SBR膠乳,也可采用SBS改性,殘留物具有較高的軟化點。
